BE³ is a Center of Hope CDC initiative committed to cultivating entrepreneurial excellence and economic growth within communities of color. With a holistic blend of training, mentorship, and values-based support, the program equips individuals to launch and grow businesses that create lasting impact. Through tailored services and a faith-centered framework, BE³ helps entrepreneurs navigate challenges and build pathways to generational success.
WOrkforce Development
The Workforce Development Program equips unemployed, underemployed, and at-risk individuals with the skills and training needed for sustainable careers. Through strategic partnerships with employers, nonprofits, and certification programs, Center of Hope CDC connects participants to high-demand career pathways. This initiative focuses on vocational training, job readiness, and long-term employment success.
